Terms of Service

Biker Bazaar is a listing platform only. We do not handle payments, shipping, or any part of the transaction between buyers and sellers. All dealings are solely between the buyer and seller. Proceed with caution.

1. Platform Role

Biker Bazaar provides an online platform for users to list and discover pre-owned motorcycle gear, accessories, and bikes. We are not a party to any transaction, do not hold escrow, do not process payments on behalf of users, and do not take ownership of any listed item.

Subscription payments through Razorpay are for platform access features only (listing capacity, featured slots, and account upgrades) and are in no way related to the sale of any item listed on the platform.

2. Buyer Beware — Fraud Warning

⚠ Important safety notice for buyers:

  • Inspect items in person before making any payment. Never pay for an item you haven't seen physically.
  • Never do a UPI/ bank transfer to a seller you haven't met. Scammers often ask for advance payment and disappear.
  • Meet in a public place — a police station parking lot, a busy café, or a shopping center. Your safety matters.
  • Verify the item. Check serial numbers, documentation, and physical condition before handing over money.
  • Trust your instincts. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
  • Biker Bazaar will never ask you to pay for an item through the website. All payments between buyers and sellers happen offline.

3. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Listings must accurately represent the item being sold. Misrepresentation, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of secondhand goods in India. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure the buyer is satisfied with the condition of the item at the time of exchange.

4. Transactions & Disputes

All transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller. Biker Bazaar does not mediate disputes, process refunds, handle returns, or provide buyer protection. We encourage users to communicate clearly, document their transactions, and resolve disputes directly with each other.

In case of fraud, users should file a complaint with their local police station. Biker Bazaar will cooperate with law enforcement agencies by providing user information when legally required.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed on Biker Bazaar:

  • Counterfeit or replica products
  • Stolen property
  • Illegal weapons or accessories
  • Items requiring a license to sell without proof of license
  • Items that violate any applicable law in India

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post fake, misleading, or duplicate listings
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent listing limits or other platform rules
  • Share account credentials or allow others to use your account

7. Platform Access & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay as a single one-time payment covering the selected period (monthly or yearly). Access ends when the purchased period expires; subscriptions do not auto-renew. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Biker Bazaar. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Biker Bazaar is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biker Bazaar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, lost items, or disputes between users.
